Candle Care

The most important part when you purchase a candle is know how to care for it. Follow these simple steps to ensure the best and safest candle experience. 

• Trim your wick. Recommended is 1/4 inch or when the wick starts to form a ball on the top. If the flame is too high don't be afraid to trim a bit more off. With Beeswax candles we have to use a bit thicker wick, so it is ok for it to be short. 
• Burn till the wax melts to the end of the jar. Do not burn longer than 4 hours for 10oz candles and 2 hours for the 3oz candles. 
• Stop using when 1/4 inch of wax remains. 
• Keep away from children and pets. 
• Do not leave unattended 
• Do not burn on wood surfaces.
• Keep away from other objects while burning.
• Store in a cool dry place when not in use.
• To remove crystals, wait till crystal is visible and wax is cool. Use a spoon to remove crystals. Wipe off excess wax. Enjoy.
